Manage corporate Filing Plans, taxonomies and categorization for automatic classification of documents into taxonomic categories, enabling proper information governance, also through the creation and definition of patterns.
- Publish: Deliver case content through extranet in a secured environment protecting published content from unwanted access or misusage. Exploit a complete audit trail of case content reviews and decisions.
- Search: Simultaneously Search for cases and related documents across active and archived content, with personalized search experiences. Leverages existing content and taxonomies, facilitating and simplifying enterprise search.
- Integration: Provides seamless and secure integration with business applications through SOAP, CMIS and REST based Web Services API, supporting the integration with different business applications bringing an evolution towards a unified working environment. An architectural framework accessible through web services allows to consume other APIs, and provides the possibility to quickly build and deploy 2-way integration projects.
- Monitoring and Analytics: Measure efficiency and response time with Dashboards, Analytics and Monitoring, for real-time operations and Content Intelligence, dynamically monitoring work load.

- Information lifecycle management: Provides single view to case document, with the ability to link and follow a document in paper or electronic format, regardless of status or physical location. From creation and collaboration to record declaration, policy-driven retention, and finally document disposal or archiving, the solution helps collaborate and share information securely across boundaries, protecting document integrity, and reducing legal risk.
- Architecture: Built on Microsoft SharePoint 2010, the solution is easy to deploy, use, and maintain, following SP2010 architecture requirements and good practices. Integrates with existing logging, monitoring and notification mechanisms of SharePoint.
