Advanced Content Services: powerful rules engine and routing features used to automatically organize and categorize content while streamlining and automating information sharing and dispatching (creating, tracking, reviewing information…). Through its advanced tree module, it allows the customization of the enterprise and personal folder structures.
Email Integration: Offers a better usage of document management within “Outlook” reducing context switching between these applications. Email Integration displays EverSuite document repository in Microsoft Outlook, with the capability to create, drag and drop and file emails and their attachments on the fly from the outlook interface.
Email Management: provides automatic capture and archiving, categorization of incoming and outgoing emails from Exchange server. Email management also identifies and removes duplicates, extracts email attachments and content while automatically archiving them, based on pre-defined rules.
