EverSuite BPS: Business Process Services
EverSuite BPS is EVER TEAM’s business process management component.
EverSuite BPS provides all of the necessary functionality to allow organizations to configure document centric business workflows, including the modelling, automating, reporting, and streamlining of business and administrative processes to meet efficiency and/or compliance objectives.
Leveraging EVER TEAM’s strategy for Microsoft SharePoint, EverSuite BPS provides advanced workflow functionality as additional features:
- Based on Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation
- Directly within Microsoft SharePoint environments.
EverSuite BPS consists of 4 modules:
- Modeling: Allowing non technical users to graphically model process flows using simple drag and drop functionality
- Workflow Engine based on Windows Workflow Foundation Forms Engine, deployed within SharePoint Server
- Reporting: Dynamic reporting allows for real time performance monitoring and allows management to optimise or re-engineer processes for greater efficiency
- Integration: EverSuite BPS integrates with many core business applications out of the box including Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics
