Dubai Police manages and automates the archiving of its physical documents with EverSuite ECM Solutions from EVER TEAM

Being one the most forward-thinking and progressive Arab police force, Dubai Police realized the need to manage its documents throughout the whole organization and automate the archiving of its various physical documents, as a means towards enhancing services provided to citizens and enforcing the law. EverSuite’s ability to address Dubai Police’s challenges, and the success of the first project contributed in signing an Enterprise Agreement between EVER TEAM and Dubai Police.

Challenges

Dubai Police planned to purchase and implement a new, comprehensive, fully scalable state of the art Enterprise Archiving and Imaging system capable of meeting its long-term enterprise-wide needs. Dubai Police required a solution that would allow it to meet its objectives, responding to the following needs and challenges:

Dubai Police Force comes under the direction of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.It was established on June 1st, 1956 in Naif Fort, which still operates as a police station.  In 1973 the Dubai Police Headquarters moved to its present location, in Al Towar area - Al Etihad Street.
