Relies on EverSuite as its Enterprise Content Management Solution

The Spanish Constitutional Tribunal has opted for EverSuite, EVER TEAM’s Enterprise Content Management solution, to deploy an enterprise document management solution for the capture, management, processing and storage of its case files and related documents. Thanks to EverSuite, the Constitutional Tribunal now has a unique content repository, an enterprise classification and filing plan, as well as a thesaurus enabling fast and secure access to information.

Challenges

Until now, the Spanish Constitutional Tribunal had been operating using an obsolete system that offered limited functionalities and no possibility to migrate to new versions. As other governmental institutions, especially in the judicial body, information is the most important and valuable asset. Providing constant, secured, real-time and easy access to information to the right people at the right time, in compliance with legal values, was the Tribunal’s main challenge. The Constitutional Tribunal wanted a solution that not only could provide secured, real time access to information, but also the ability to automatically constitute its case files electronically, while creating a unique central document repository as well as a single point of access to these documents. The Tribunal was focusing on 4 main aspects with the implementation of this solution:

Benefits of EverSuite Document Management Solution

With EverSuite Content Management, the Constitutional Tribunal of Spain was able to create and manage a secure document repository with centralized storage of the Tribunal’s information and critical documents.
EverSuite was also mainly used as a central archive for the following document categories:

  • Constitutional Court Doctrine
  • Press & Media digital bulletin
  • Economic Affairs & Issues

This provided end users at the Tribunal with real-time access to information, standardizing content contribution and retrieval and most importantly monitoring access while securing this information. EverSuite has been selected by the Constitutional Tribunal as a tool to digitize all its documents. EverSuite will also allow the management and archival of the different types of documents at the Tribunal, with indexing and life cycle management, in addition to advanced document related services and conversion.
