EVER TEAM announces the new version of EverSuite
Three major new features for EverSuite 4.2: mobility, collaborative working and probative value archiving for SharePoint.
Paris, September 15 2009 – EVER TEAM, the leading European Enterprise Content Management software vendor, enhances its flagship application EverSuite with the integration of three new features. Version 4.2 proposes features that have been specially developed to cater to new business usage. EverSuite 4.2 users will now be able to consult their ECM application via their smartphone, use its powerful collaborative working tools and access the probative value archiving module that is compatible with the SharePoint environment.
The EverSuite 4.2 ECM platform is an integrated solution offering a speedy response to the most frequently encountered content management issues: document repository, document management system (DMS), workflow and business process management (BPM), electronic archiving and regulatory compliance. EverSuite 4.2 leverages J2EE and Microsoft SharePoint technologies. Its openness to different market standards means that EverSuite will bed seamlessly into the corporate information system.

ECM & mobility
The application will now be available on mobile phones. Using a simple smartphone, therefore, the user will be able to search for a document in the company's documentation base, receive notifications or validate events linked to ongoing processes. This makes it possible, for example, to precisely track the progress of dossiers and receive in real time an alert to any document processing update. This feature offers a highly operational response to the expectations of sales forces, roaming employees and management.
Collaborative working
The new EverSuite Collaboration Space module is dedicated to the creation of controlled and secure collaborative workspaces. It enables online exchange and sharing of documents along with the management of projects within the company or with external partners. This module makes it possible to deploy collaborative tools (Wiki, blog, RSS, chat, etc.) combining ease of access and involvement on the one hand and security and information capitalization on the other. An interface enabling access to Wikis from an iPhone has also been developed.
Probative value archiving for SharePoint as per standard NFZ42013
Henceforth, users of the SharePoint environment will benefit from the EverSuite Compliance probative value archiving solution, compatible with the NFZ 42013 standard. In this way, automatic archiving of documents processed via SharePoint will take place transparently and based on rules previously defined by the platform administrator. This in turn facilitates the job of the compliance manager with regard to process management.
