Crédit Immobilier de France chooses EVER TEAM for automating its mortgage-granting files
Crédit Immobilier de France has chosen EverSuite Content Management for rationalizing the transmission of mortgage-granting files between its 350 agencies and dozen or so regional headquarters, prior to automate all its processes.
Lyon, 10 March 2009 – EVER TEAM, the leading European Enterprise Content Management Software vendor, announces the signing of a site contract with Crédit Immobilier de France for the implementation of its EverSuite Content Management system.
Deployed by Stéria, the EVER TEAM integration partner, EverSuite Content Management will enable the automateion of all business processes and back-office operations (mortgage-granting, claims, etc.) of Crédit Immobilier de France. The first project launched concerns the complete automation of the mortgage-granting files processing circuit.
From a 100% paper circuit to the electronic management of customer requests
Until today, the processing of mortgage-granting files has been entirely paper-based. The file documents, collated in the Group’s agencies, were photocopied before being passed on to the regional head office for validation. Generally handled by express delivery service, the dispatching of each file represented a cost of approximately 30 euros.
For greater security, traceability, rapidity and substantial money savings, Crédit Immobilier de France has therefore decided to equip its 350 agencies and Regional Subsidiaries with a complete document management and workflow system to meet – in the first instance – this specific need. The functional coverage of this tool will ultimately enable the integration of all the company’s business processes.
According to Emmanuel Hector, IT Officer of the Crédit Immobilier de France Group: “EverSuite was chosen first and foremost for its broad functional ECM coverage. This allows us, on the basis of a single solution, to address both our current content management needs, such as credit file automation, and those of the future. Its many high value-added features, which simplify the implementation of the application, also counted in its favour: automatic breakdown of the incoming PDF file, automatic image correction, validation of the breakdown of dispatches by managers and the supervision and management functions of the workflow processes offering improved load levelling."
FIRCIN (regional head office, North), pilot site
Out of the Regional Subsidiaries, FIRCIN (Nord-Pas de Calais region) has been chosen to kick-off the project. With 30 agencies, it has an approximate volume turnover of 400 files per month for 50 users, and so is perfectly representative for evaluating and standardizing the exchange procedures. In this region alone, €150,000 file transmission costs will be saved annually.
EverSuite Content Management will be progressively deployed across all regional subsidiaries, accounting for over 500 users. At the same time, the functional scope of the solution will be extended to cover the entire credit portfolio, including exchanges.
Stéria will quickly move forward with its support for Crédit Immobilier de France in deploying EverSuite Content Management for the automation of all its processes, such as human resources files, for example.
