The JP COLONNA Group chooses EverSuite Case Management to automate the management of its client records.
Lyon, September 12, 2011 – EVER TEAM, the first European provider of integrated enterprise content management systems (ECM), announced today that the Service Delivery Management (GPS) and the Management Center of Health Insurance (CGAM) of the JP COLONNA Group have chosen EverSuite Case Management to dematerialize its document processing, incoming mails facilitating the access to its customer records.
In the context of strong growth in activity related to the new contract signature, GPS requested to be equipped with a electronic solution EDM / workflow to optimize the processing and circulation of incoming documents and propose an electronic 360 degrees view of the customer file. It’s objective? Replacing a 100% paper system into a 100% electronic system in order to absorb 200,000 new memberships by the end of 2011.
Functional scope of the EverSuite project
The case management solution will import documents, print streams, e-mails, documents directly deposited from Office… into the EverSuite virtual filing plan. The EverSuite Workflow will complete the paperless procedures and automate the existing business processes. Managers will have direct access to comprehensive member records and will be able to manipulate multiple paper records. New members will be added automatically and the tasks will be automated to improve productivity.
