The National Company of Rhône chooses EverSuite as its Content Management System (ECM)
Lyon, 2011 – EVER TEAM, the first European provider of integrated enterprise content management systems (ECM), announced today that the National Company of Rhône (CNR) has chosen EverSuite to overhaul its document management system processes and its associated physical and electronic archiving.
CNR, the first French producer of 100% renewable energy, has selected the full range of EverSuite Enterprise Content Management systems for the implementation of a service platform for managing and sharing documents. The requested service will be developed using DMS/ Documents Management techniques up to the physical and electronic archiving. EverSuite will also provide document storage, which are distributed among different file servers and business applications, and will support applications used by CNR employees, namely Autodesk, Outlook e-mail, and SharePoint intranets.
A strategic project for 1500 users
EverSuite, implemented by EVER TEAM’s certified partner THALES, will be implemented gradually and will be in the form of successive projects covering different functional areas:
- Managing AutoCAD plans
- Managing paper and electronic records
- Quality documents management
- Business Record Management
