JURIDICA, a subsidiary of AXA France, manages 4 million documents with EverSuite’s Content  Management Solution.

Lyon, May 9, 2011- Ever Team, the first European provider of integrated enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, is stepping up into the insurance world to accompany JURIDICA in the implementation of a new generation Electronic Document Management System applied to its business.

JURIDICA is a subsidiary of AXA France, specializing in legal expenses. Being a major player in this segment for over 20 years, JURIDICA is the reference on the market with 220 employees including 140 lawyers, 34 000 claims handled in 2010 and 275,000 legal information issued by phone.

As part of the project to overhaul its business applications (font management, claims processing …) JURIDICA required in early 2010 to change its existing GED MAXIM Solution (former EVER TEAM solution) to support full web technologies.

JURIDICA decided to renew its alliance with EVER TEAM and implement EverSuite’s Content Management Solution. EverSuite provides the same functional coverage as MAXIM, with an architecture built on standard technology (J2EE, XML. Web services…) ensuring the sustainability and ease of integration with business applications. EverSuite offered JURIDICA new features that were not been available previously: automatically managing file plans and classifications, management of electronic annotations, automatically capturing emails and faxes …

With this solution, EverSuite offers JURIDICA a consistent and integrated Enterprise Content and Document Management Solution to cover all their Enterprise Document Management, Workflow and  Archiving requirements: from the capture of incoming flows of documents in multiple-format inflows, to the automatic indexing, referencing and classification of documents, to the storage and archiving etc ..

The document repository of EverSuite is integrated with existing business applications for managing insurance policies and claims, HR documents, and collecting associated documents (General Conditions); this allows authorized users to access all enterprise documents and data directly from their business applications without the need to log into the ECM system.
EverSuite manages at JURIDICA over 4 million documents including letters, emails, faxes, photos, resumes and document content. Finally, each year nearly 600 000 new documents will be integrated with a projected annual growth of 15-20 %
