Haigazian University in Lebanon receives “The Best Structure Award” for its website developed by EVER TEAM
On Thursday, March 10, 2011, Haigazian University was granted the “Best Structure Award” for its website developed by EVER TEAM. Many universities from Lebanon, the neighboring countries and the Arab world were present at the event that was organized by the Pan Arab Web Academy Awards in Beirut- Lebanon.
The certificate of excellence for the best Structure Award, was based on several criteria, such as the Hierarchy of the website, its Organization including the links, contents and data, as well as its functionalities (easy navigation, accessibility), and consistency.
Haigazian University was represented by its Senior Systems Analyst, Mr. Vahe Ghorghorian and its Network/ Hardware Analyst, Mr. Shant Estepan.
Haigazian University entrusted EVER TEAM, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, to build its website based on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. EVER TEAM was selected because of :
- its strong expertise and know how in the SharePoint platform
- the migration of a large amounts of data from Haigazian University’s old website to the new website
- the scalablily of the solution which required specific components to manage access and secure information
- the integration with third party applications such as an electronic book and the seamless and secure access to the students application.
