EVER TEAM is a European company, what differences can be established between our market and abroad?
Today, there is a little difference. Initially, Spain was a pioneer in document analysis and solutions implementations.
What type of software is EVER TEAM providing?
EVER TEAM develops full ECM software for managing the entire life cycle of documents. Today, these systems are known as Enterprise Content Management Solutions (ECM), and the company has a wide range of solutions branded as EverSuite and FLORA that cover the capture, document management, content management, process management, electronic archiving, filing, distribution and collaboration.
Which sectors is your commercial activity targeting?
Currently, the commercial activity is carried out through our channel partners and the strongest activity focuses on the Public Sector, Banking and Insurance.
What are the main services offered to businesses in terms of document management?
The services focus on consultancy, implementation, training, migration, maintenance and certification.
What is the level of Spanish companies regarding the digitization of information?
We find that there is confusion in the market. Organizations invest in digitizing their funds and believe often that this is the document management system, without taking into consideration that digitization is the process required to capture electronic documents, to manage and retrieve information. It is important to analyze the purpose of digitization: whether it is to optimize storage spaces or manage documents.
What do you think about document management in our country? Why it has become essential in just few years?
Document management is increasing rapidly and is considered integrated within companies’ management strategies. Information management has become a part of what we call "core business" and has a competitive advantage in business. Moreover, standardization of document processes and archiving of electronic documents simplify the auditing process and ensures the proper and secure archiving of documents.
