The Ministry of Defense and Aviation in KSA implements EverSuite Correspondence Tracking Solution with state-of-the-art touch-screen enabled interfaces as its Enterprise Content Management choice.

As part of the overall e-Government strategy for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense & Aviation, the Ministry’s e-Government steering committee has decided to short list several enterprise content management vendors for the task of implementing a world class Correspondence Tracking System. It is to be used at the Minister’s Office as a proof of concept, in order to expedite the initiative in tracking correspondence rapidly and efficiently. After careful evaluation and due diligence by the Ministry of Defense of several leading enterprise content management suppliers, the Ministry has chosen to partner with EVER TEAM KSA, in implementing the EverSuite Correspondence Tracking Platform.
The ultimate objective of this strategic first phase project would be to allow the Minister and his prestigious delegates to manage, manipulate, track and annotate correspondences remotely from anywhere in the world and regardless of geographical barriers, through a fully web based archived, highly secure (encrypted) and managed correspondence platform. The main emphasis of the project is on providing a customized, attractive and user friendly touch screen enabled interfaces, which caters to the concept of minimizing the number of clicks and steps in order to achieve any correspondence related action.
At this preliminary stage, the EverSuite platform has been deployed only at the Minister’s office for 50 users, however as part of a global long-term e-Government strategy initiated by the Ministry; the plan would be to eventually roll out the application to the entire Ministry of Defense & Aviation, as well as its related organizational stakeholders.
