EVER TEAM signs a partnership with AXOA
Lyon, February 18, 2010 – EVER TEAM, the European leader of integrated solutions for enterprise content management, announced its partnership with AXOA, an IT services company specialized in the integration of innovative solutions based on Microsoft environments. Under the terms of this agreement, AXOA will resell the EverSuite SharePoint Edition ECM solution to prospective clients, and will provide consulting services and assistance in project management.
This agreement is the result the expertise of both companies, complemented. Indeed, in the context of the evolution of its product offering, EVER TEAM wished to expand its activities, and rely on Microsoft Partner, with expertise in the SharePoint environment. With its dedicated SharePoint technologies department, and its know-how of deploying workflow solutions, AXOA was naturally positioned as a partner for EVER TEAM.
As a Microsoft certified partner since 7 years, AXOA will put its SharePoint expertise into the EverSuite solutions, guided by the best practices of deploying ECM projects, in conformity with the strategic directions planned by Microsoft.
From AXOA’s side of the partnership with EVER TEAM allowed it to complete its offering by integrating content management and more particularly EDMS in its services. In this sense, the strong market positioning of EVER TEAM in addition to the robustness of its solution and its integration with SharePoint have been decisive factors in AXOA’s choice. Finally, AXOA wanted to work with a French publisher known on the local market but also internationally.
